Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Courier Partners We ship via trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post to ensure reliable delivery across Pakistan.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier's website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please ensure your contact number and address are correct at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email] or via WhatsApp at [your number]. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
